REGULAR SHIPPING: Since many of our items are made to order please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. For rush orders please email us and we'll do our best to accommodate when possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Most items are made to order and cannot be returned or cancelled once order is confirmed. 

Please note, we do not refund shipping and handling charges and it is your responsibility to pay for shipping the item(s) to be exchanged back to us. We cannot accept exchanges of opened music and/or video titles. Additionally, we cannot accept exchanges of apparel that has been washed or worn. Please make sure you are not wearing any heavy perfumes or colognes when trying on apparel. If the item has a strong odor, it will be deemed worn. The acceptance of any exchange will be at our sole discretion. We do not accept returns on items because they are the wrong size. Only damaged or incorrect items can be returned.
